Muskingum County’s “Weekly Most Wanted” suspect has been taken into custody, officials say. Forty-year-old James Scott Harris was wanted for attempted murder, in connection to a shooting incident that occurred on National Road, last Friday.
Athens County and Nelsonville law enforcement were working with the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office to apprehend Harris. Officials say that he was arrested at a Nelsonville residence, without incident. He was later taken to the Athens County Jail, where he awaits extradition.
