Incident on Luck Avenue under investigation
Detectives examine the interior of a Dodge Stratus at the crime scene.	A section of Luck Avenue was taped off and traffic was diverted from the crime scene.

Detectives with the Zanesville Police Department are investigating what appears to be a shooting, near the corner of Luck Avenue and Prospect Avenue. The incident occurred shortly before 8:00 PM. A section of Luck Avenue was taped off and traffic was diverted from the crime scene.

Officials have not yet released any details on the situation, but detectives were carefully searching the interior of a white Dodge Stratus that had run up onto the curb of Luck Avenue. The vehicle bore the marks of a collision, but it is unclear if they are directly related to the incident.

More details will be released as they are made available.
